Before we clean
How long does the carpet take to dry?
Plan for about 5–8 hours of drying time. Actual drying time can vary with the carpet, airflow, and conditions in your home.
Do you move furniture?
Furniture moving costs extra. For the smoothest visit, please move furniture out of the areas you want cleaned before we arrive. If you need help moving it, let David know so he can confirm the charge before your visit. Furniture moving is not included in the online estimate.
Which areas do you serve?
We serve Helena, East Helena, Butte, and Townsend. Tell David where the cleaning is needed when he follows up so he can confirm scheduling.
What happens after I submit my estimate?
David will contact you using the phone number you provide to discuss your cleaning and scheduling. Your preferred day is a request, not a confirmed appointment.
Is there a minimum charge?
Yes. The cleaning minimum is $199. Optional Odorcide treatment and the discounted same-visit add-on are added after that minimum. Your estimate shows the breakdown before you submit.
Is pet-odor treatment included?
Odorcide pet-odor treatment is optional at $42 per treated room, up to 200 sq ft per room. Heavy Duty covers extra cleaning effort. Severe urine contamination may need a separate quote after inspection.
How does the 15% bundle offer work?
With carpet or stair cleaning, you can choose an additional chair, couch, rug, or runner at 15% off during the same visit. The discount applies only to the selected extra item. Items already in your estimate are excluded.
Is the online estimate the final price?
It is a planning estimate. Final pricing depends on inspection, room sizes, condition, materials, access, and the work you choose. David will confirm the details with you.
